Mike Davis

Mike joined the Wings team in 2007 after his retirement from the trucking industry.  Mike is a North Carolina native and a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  Upon graduation, he joined the U.S. Coast Guard Active Reserve.  His trucking career began with McLean Trucking Company in 1963, which took him to Illinois, Ohio, Tennessee, Indiana, New Jersey and back to Tennessee (Memphis). 

In 1986, he took an executive position with a company in Camden and developed the Dedicated Fleet concept, which was quite successful.  It was while living in Camden that he met Don Terrell, and quickly learned the two shared the same love of the outdoors and hunting.  After he retired from a stellar career in the transportation industry, he joined Wings Inc. in 2007 and now works daily putting together hunting excursions for the Wings’ clients. 

Mike is married and is the proud grandparent of 6 grandchildren. He is an Eagle Scout, a member of the Camden Rotary Club, Camden Country Club and several local hunting and social clubs.
