Argentina Dove Shooting Special
Dove Shooting Special
Argentina is the dream destination for any serious wingshooter. In this huge country, cattle and cattle products represent the largest industry for the entire nation. With the production of cattle, one of the main inputs is feed crops, and as you would expect, the immense fields of graincrops paint a swath across the landscape of this beautiful and expansive country. The doves and other grain feeding birds are attracted to this area in huge numbers, and the lack of predators has created for Argentina, the largest population of wild birds in the world. In our valley alone, the government estimated the number of doves to exceed 35 million, with a population that continues to grow in spite of shooting pressures there. The dove, in Argentina, is considered a pest by the farmers, because their eating habits destroy hundreds of thousands of acres of grain crops annually.
For that reason, the government allows unlimited shooting for wild doves, creating the grandest wild bird hunting opportunity in the world. I have negotiated with our operators a special price for hunters traveling with us between September 1st & the end of February. For this period, we will offer the same quality hunting offered the remainder of the year for the price of $1200 per person, plus airfare, shells, licenses & tips, for groups of at least 10 and as many as 12. We do this primarily because it is our period of fewest hunters, due to the fact that during that time, its our hunting season here in the Sates. There is no difference in the number of birds you will see or shoot, it’s just during this portion of the year, we have the most available space at the lodge. If we can convince you to schedule this trip between your own hunting at home, it generates additional business for us and provides a major discount for you. In the regular season, this trip is priced at $2750 per person, so get a group of your shooting friends together and join us for the shoot of a lifetime.
